Morphy richards Saucepan set perfect set. Best feature that stands out from other brands are the lids, fit perfectly onto the pan and bubbly water does not spill on cooker.

Well put together but too early to give a performance opinion.

I have purchased a steamer on their website, I received it promptly but when I tried to use the device it emitted a very strong smell of burning plastic, and I felt afraid to continue using it as it may as well have caught fire
I asked for it to be returned but they do not accept returns, even if item is faulty, I feel like I have been scammed, i will let them respond here and if it does not get sorted I will continue with legal action

I ordered the black and gold accent toaster, which I am very pleased with it came so quickly, nice smooth shopping experience with Morphy richards online

Requested VAT invoice, 3 emails, 1 telephone call later, still no response or VAT invoice

I bought a new Morphy Richards stainless steel three tier steamer. It is a very beautiful and good functioning piece of equipment.

Bought the stylish black 4 slice signature toaster Morphy Richards from Curry’s after Christmas. It has a number of settings however 1 is underdone and soggy and anything slightly over that burns the toast. Contacted Morphy Richards and they sent a replacement - brilliant customer service I thought. However this one does the same burns everything! Sadly now Morphy Richards are ignoring my emails. The thing wasn’t cheap at £84.99 of my hard earned cash. It definitely doesn’t do what it says on the tin. My husband says one day he’s going to try it out on the highest setting outside with a fire extinguisher on stand by to see if it incinerates the toast!!!! For now it’s a decorative ornament in my kitchen.

Easy to use website and quick delivery. The Mico sandwich toaster is a handy little gadget.

Missed of the code for 10% as new customer emailed straight away.customer services said nothing they can do ordered the MR signature kettle & toaster purely for design, so disappointed toaster is very tinny & hard to keep the button down. kettle is ok but not worth £189 at all dont waste your money 2* given for design only.

its a fancy water boiler does the job intended for, accuracy of the displayed millilitres is off but with use soon learn the amounts needed ,saves boiling a kettle for one cuppa

Good quality and fast delivery

The worse service ever. I purchased some appliances and when they arrived they weren't the colour as the website. I tried to return these and oh my...i have never seen a more unfriendly process. They asked for pictures, the asked for so many information just because they didn't want to be responsible for the shipping. The customer service were like robots (computer says yes) with no minds. I will never recommend this service and only purchase from a store if you must.

My mom loves her bottle she using it for coffee she taking it everywhere with her and stay hot more than 5 hours

This was a good iron until the steam stopped working. On closer inspection I noticed one of the wires/steam tubes had started to thread. I don’t think this should happen on this sort of appliance and looks rather dangerous. Tried to submit this review on their website with photos of the fault but it got declined. Guess only good reviews will be approved and published.

Morphyrichards are great to deal with and buying direct gives an extra year warranty. I love my steam generator iron. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s easy to use and light weight 10 out of 10 it’s perfect!
